What is peanut brittle?
Peanut Brittle is a dessert that has many different explanations on its origin. Some people said that it might have come from the Celts as they are thought to have served peanut brittle during holiday, with this some people believe that it had originated from Europe. Others believe as I had stated in the supposed story of its origin that it was the invention of a woman down south making a batch of taffy and accidently adding baking soda instead of cream of tartar.
Unlike some other concessionaries the correct and best way to make peanut brittle has been left unchanged throughout its prime. It takes more time to do it the traditional way, but its taste is certainly a whole lot better.
